Delta Constructors is an industrial construction group with projects ranging from a few to hundreds of personnel working on the job.
The nature of our business places us in a unique position to make a difference in the lives of individuals, community development, and environmental stewardship.
Our core values associated with ESG provide clear direction on essential needs of our society and our clients.
We emphasize reducing, reusing, and recycling which helps to sustain our company, our communities, and the environment. We minimize, control, and properly dispose of all waste generated by our work. Throughout project planning and execution, we evaluate our activities, identify waste sources, and proactively protect the environment by eliminating waste and preventing spills. Spill prevention is an integral part of our control-of-work strategy. Through frequent inspections, containment, and other measures we ensure harmful products do not contaminate soil or water. Spill notification and response is reinforced at all levels of management, no matter the spill size.

Delta Constructors commits to a zero-incident culture as a core value. Safe operations and our Control-of-Work methods promote safe behavior in every aspect of our business. Safety is the highest priority on all Delta Constructors’ worksites. Project production, schedule, or cost will never be placed before the importance of safe execution.
At Delta, we understand that how we perform our work is as important as the performance results.
We are committed to providing our employees with opportunities to transform their hard work into a remarkable life for themselves, their families, and their communities; using a merit-based process where individual attitude, competency, and energy are respected, recognized, and promoted.
The potential, energy, and effort of each person is focused on challenging work, expanding responsibility, leadership development, and a team that demands the best of each of us.
We have prospered as an organization through the diverse experiences, skills, and knowledge of the individuals within our company. We plan to continue to respect the unique needs, perspectives, and potential of all people as a high-performance team.
Delta serves resource development companies, utilities, and other industrial clients to execute construction and maintenance projects. Building strong, open relationships and understanding our clients' culture are integral parts of Delta's success. We proactively strive to incorporate our clients’ construction expectations into our execution methods. Achieving the explicit along with the implicit goals of our customers is part of a job well done.
Delta purchases materials and supplies from vendors and frequently subcontracts for specific services within the project scope of work. The pre-qualification and onboarding processes ensure we get quality products and services. Subcontractors are required to follow all Delta and client HSE&Q policies, procedures, and guidelines. Whenever practical, we select local suppliers and subcontractors, coordinating with our clients’ preferred vendor lists.
Delta is actively involved in the communities where we work. Sponsorships, contributions, volunteering, and support for local organizations and activities have proven mutually beneficial. We have earned community based recognition in all of our regions. Whether firefighters, hockey coaches or marathon runners Delta employees are encouraged, recognized, and supported for their volunteer activities in our communities.
Delta Constructors’ governing board makes financial and policy decisions considering the organization's strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and the ever-changing circumstances in the energy sector.
The leadership team/managers provide recommendations based on significant input and analysis throughout all departments of Delta. Supervisors and leadership at all levels engage in training to understand Delta's environmental, social expectations and objectives.
Currently, leadership and project managers are fittingly incentivized to deliver on expectations. Moving forward, the governing board has approved an initiative to develop a program to measure, improve, and eventually meet or exceed established ESG standards for the construction industry in the U.S.
